For once, the air around the Temples were peaceful. No screaming, no wandering drunks that had gotten lost looking for whatever dump they called home, nothing. And for once, Raphel was grateful for the silence. He lay here, in the bed of his lover, stroking that soft brown hair and basking in the warm acceptance of Georg's sheer presence. The Jedi was a soothing balm to his spirit. Whenever Raphel's mind went down the much, much darker paths, somehow Georg was always there to guide him back to reality. Raphel wished he could stay here forever.
Georg murmured something sleepily and shifted against his chest, making Raphel groan slightly as the Jedi readjusted himself against the Sith's chest. One long fingered, pale and calloused hand drifted over that tan, soft shoulder. He was in that particular state of half asleep, half dreaming that made him happiest.
After all, like this, he could pretend that they were the only two creatures in the world. Raphel liked the thought of that. His arm tighted ever so slightly possessive around the Jedi's shoulder, making the brunette frown slightly and exhale onto his skin.
Raphel smiled lazily, but suddenly came to full, wide open awareness. He didn't know what was calling him, or why, but his curiosity prompted him to investigate. All the sleepy good nature was gone from his body, reverting him to his naturally more suspicious and violent state of mind. Georg murmured when he moved, but was quickly soothed by a touch to his arm and a whispered 'I love you' against his ear. After placing a gentle kiss on the Jedi's throat, the Sith dressed and left the room.
He had business to attend to.
At this time of day, things were unnaturally peaceful in Coruscant. Most of the drunks were at home for the night, and most of the regular people were still asleep. Raphel wandered through the corridors of the maze-like city, and ended up finding himself in a small garden near the Sith Temple.
The Sith growled irritably, gritting his teeth and his lip curled back in a silent snarl. Whoever drew him here had better have a damned good reason for it. He did, after all, have a perfectly lovely thing waiting for him back in their bed, and this was a serious distraction.
And Raphel didn't like distractions. Especially from Georg.
If he was a Jedi, he would meditate. If he was most Sith, he would also meditate and wait for someone to approach. But Raphel was not a patient, nor a philosophical Force User. He paced back and forth through the gardens, several times wondering if he should just leave.
It angered him. Whoever this was, they shouldn't keep him waiting like this. It made him very keyed up, and very willing to hurt something right about now.
On the other side of his Bond, Georg murmured and frowned, disturbed by the chaotic thoughts of his Bondmate. Raphel soothed him silently, lulling the Jedi back into a deeper sleep.
Whatever, whoever this was, Raphel had a feeling that Georg shouldn't know about it.
Out of boredom, and frustration, the Sith activated his lightsabre, then deactivated it. Tiny crackles of black energy danced around his fingertips.
"This is stupid." He growled to himself, turning around on the heel of his boot and preparing himself to go back to his slumbering Jedi Lover.
