Inventory: He has armor based on armor from the Clone Wars that his forefather wore. He has added quite a bit to the design though, especially cortosis-weave. Also random parts have pure cortosis lining the outside of the armor. So an enemy using a lightsaber may get a surprise when it dies instead of just being ineffective. The suit can act as a completely closed off space suit.
Two chrome lightsabers, curved. Red blades, very powerful crystals, each holding six.
Personality: First of all, Sarek thinks the current group of Sith are a complete and utter joke. They should be destroying the Jedi, not being allied with the, unless it’s a temporary situation to lull the Jedi into security, but all these centuries shows it is not. Sarek, like all true Sith, craves power. Like Darth Bane of old, he believes that so many Sith dilutes the power of the Dark Side. Unlike many of the other Sith in this time, he is a loner. He only works with others to further his own goals. He’s found that staying unnoticed and in the shadows, he is left alone to do as he pleases. He enjoys killing Jedi, but actually holds little antipathy toward just them. He simply believes that the Force is neither truly Dark or Light, but is a medium used by those able and he will not restrict himself to particular powers. However, that said, he is drawn to the Dark Side and it’s particular brand of powers.
Biography/History:
Sarek’s life actually started before he was born. His mother had a vision that her son would be part of the dark side. She nearly died from the strength of this vision. The shame and worry that this brought the family was very heavy indeed. The family of Tiin, that of the family of Saesee Tiin, the famous Jedi warrior of old, traces their lineage backs to that hero. All descendents that had an affinity for the Force were all inducted into the Jedi Order. That is, until Sarek was born.
Sarek was born into the time of collaboration between the Sith and the Jedi. His parents treated him like a leper, pushing him further and further down the road to the Dark Side. Even at a young age, Sarek’s affinity for the Dark Side was obvious. Still, his family put him into the Jedi Order first. However, his bloodthirsty actions and demeanor showed the Jedi masters that he belonged to the other side. They brought about that which they feared; a Dark Side Jedi in the family. Sarek, instead of foundering and failing under the treatment of his parents, actually thrived on their fear and anger, which fueled his own passions.
On the day he became an apprentice to the Sith, he orchestrated the death of his parents and his sister, a young Jedi padawan. He made it look like an accident so that he could not be punished. His Master, a Sith in the traditional sense, praised him and beat him down, for the success of the act and the danger it brought them both. Escaping the notoriety of the name of Tiin, he melted into the shadows, just another face among hundreds. For a short time, to gain more practical experience, his Master had him leave the Order for a few years and become a Pirate on the Fringe.
When he returned, Sarek had much more practical experience in the ways of battle: combat, piloting, leadership, tactics, espionage, and politics among other things. He spent a few more years under his master’s tutelage. Then, when the time came and his master appeared to be weak, turning more to the ways of the modern Sith and the Jedi fools, he easily slew him in a lightsaber battle, and hid the body in an escape pod that ‘malfunctioned’ and exploded shortly after jettisoning.
No one noticed the missing master or that Sarek had gained the new title of ‘Darth’ to his ranking for he had become anonymous and ‘insignificant.’ It was just the way he wanted. Now, Sarek could search for relics and artifacts and other methods of power without being disturbed by the other, idiotic, Sith. Perhaps, one day, he’d take on an apprentice, but ‘he’ had better not be like the other fools of the Sith. Otherwise, they’d be slain. One day, Sarek would lead a small force, perhaps consisting of only one other, against the Jedi. He had foreseen it.
