"Codeman Gra-Tel." The whisper wafted from the being as he brushed past her. She stopped and so did the Zeltron who had whispered for her ears only. She cocked her head slightly.
"The hallway to your right. The middle statue, the darkness shades the door. I will be there." She had sifted through his complicated mind in a matter of milli-seconds, and delivered her message to the strongest part of the mind. Then, she scooted along down the corridor, taking the advantage of the parting sentients. She was the apprentice of the apprentice of the Sith Master Veit. It paid off. No one wanted to interact with her most of the time.
"Raynia, we have another joiner, if he has the right mind." Her voice sizzled from her mind and shot across to where ever her friend, her ally, her second commander might be. "If not, I'll just purge all memory of Evolve rumors from his mind and he can start fresh."
That was actually quite merciful compared to what Jarai Telo would do. If the times were earlier, centures upon centuries earlier, she would kill the Zeltron if he did not fit the criteria. But, this was a different era. A more idiotic era of the Sith. It disgusted her to no end that this era would go down in history. It disgusted her that the only way to return the Sith to normal was to band with others. As soon as the movement was over, she would either kill them or leave them to their own devices.
She would more than likely leave them be. To start a new era, to return to the haunting Sith ways of the Rule of Two, just as Darth Bane returned his era. Although, Bane did wipe out all other Sith. Jarai would like the competition.
She manuevered around corridors and crossed the place she had told the Zeltron to go. She had lifted her hood by now, covering her face so beings would not part upon knowing who she was. She had to squeeze past them to get to the darkest spot of the statue. Jarai melted within the shadows and flipped open the door into a dark passage. She turned sideways and side-stepped into the blackness. Her back was pressed against one wall and her chest brushed the other. It was bold to get to the Secret Auditorium this way. There were places for more stockier person to enter, but the Zeltron man had been tall, skinny, and lanky. He would be able to fit through here.
His pheromones reeked high down the passage. Jarai gave a humorless grin. He really did wish to be part of Evolve. However, a scent of pheromones was not going to convince her. No, no. Jarai could resist them and other seductive methods. She wanted the truth extracted, not a being trying to manipulate her into saying yes. Did they not understand who she was? She was leader of this myth organization, apprentice of someone highly respected.
The passage grew from narrow, widening until Jarai could walk with her shoulder's brushing the sides. The ground was slipped downward at a soft slope. Evolve's headquarters were below to temple. Jarai couldn't help but admire the old, rotting apartment complex below the temple. She and Raynia had knocked down several walls ready to crumble to create a spacious room for the council of the Evolve. The room was also used as investigation, to determine if a being was fit to be within the organization. There were chairs and different sorts of seats even further below this complex. Levels upon levels of old apartment areas were carved out, allowing Evolve members to gather for any speeches Jarai needed to give, which was often. There weren't quite so many as when she first began. That had been a campaign; a campaign between florishing and dying. In this case, Jarai had managed to keep her organization florishing and thriving dangerously close to the rest of the Sith faction.
"Zeltron, I am not taking kindly to your pheromones. Unless you wish for me to remove those glands that excrete them as well as castrate you, you might wish to stop flooding my senses."
This startled the Zeltron man. She sensed it and she smiled to herself again, lifting her head just enough for the Zeltron to see her lips upturned in a kindly curve.
"Why are you here." It was a demanding statement, not a question. "And what do you know."
"You are not a myth, and I was sent by someone."
"Who."
"I was told not to..."
"WHO, Zeltron!" Jarai exclaimed, louder, powering the firmness in her voice. "You will tell me who or I will tear it from your brain myself and banish you and whoever told you from my organization!"
The Zeltron jumped and Jarai detected fear among his emotions. She fed from the emotion naturally and her smile turned a bit broader.
"Her name was Siry Uli, a Zeltron lady," he said, his voice cracking into a high pitch. She felt anger at this incident flow from him, and his fear was consumed by it. He stood a little taller and stared her in the eye, though he would not be able to tell if it was her eye or not.
"You have been bullied into giving this answer, Zeltron. I am not impressed," she snarled suddenly. "Siry was a fool to think you had potential. You are very cowardly. I need strong beings willing to face me, not tell me something I cannot have."
She demeaned him. His act crumbled and Jarai slipped through his mind defenses as easily as a lightsaber could cut through ice. She applied the Force onto his brain. He gasped as she seized his mind. She filtered through his memory and his experiences and yanked out the ones on Siry Uli, what he knew of Evolve, of her, of anyone within her organization. She threw the knowledge away. The effects of mind trauma followed. The Zeltron's eyes rolled into the back of his head, and his knees buckled, throwing his twitching body to the ground in a heap of robes and limbs.
"YOU! Barabel! Dispose of him in the meditation chambers. No one must see you, and you must make him seem like he exerted himself through meditation a bit to far. Clear?"
The barabel avoided the amber flames of Jarai's eyes and did as he was told. He gingerly picked up the body of the Zeltron and scrambled away.
Jarai spun around in a whirlwind of cape and started back down the passage with horror struck members. Newcomers. They would soon learn to adapt to her ways or fear a wrath such as that placed upon the Zeltron's shoulders.
"There is no room for weakness, my followers. Just do as I say. Tikar, find me Siry Uli. Her punishment is next."
"A failure, Raynia. A failure on the account of two."

"Raynia, we have another joiner, if he has the right mind." Jarai's voice was heard through her mind, "If not, I'll just purge all memory of Evolve rumors from his mind and he can start fresh."
Well. This was lovely. Just the right time for her to butt in to her thoughts. Right when Siry Uli was on the topic of the mysterious Evolve. Would she tell? It was hard to tell with Jarai on the other end, distracting her.
Her elfin face showed her frustration. Beautiful, for a human. Not many could truly guess the cruelty and hatred she possessed(sp?), as outsiders saw her as a chipper young woman. How wrong they truely where.
"Siry, you look nice today..." A human man said
"Thanks... So do you." Siry blushed... The simpleton.
The man spoke again, "Ya. Hey, I have a friend who has a friend who knows about this thing called evolve. You ever hear about it? They say that you gotta hate the Jedi. And stuff like that. I would join, but my best friend's wife is a Jedi. I couldn't bring myself to kill her, for his sake."
"Then you shouldn't even talk about it, you idiot" Raynia thought inwardly.
Siry Uli opened her mouth again. "Yes, in fact. I have heard of it. In fact, I hear you can join if you're tough enough."
HA! Tough doesn't even begin to describe the torment of joining! Even Jarai and I had to go through the pain, minor compared to the satisfaction to returning to the old ways, of joining.
Her hand went to a scar, hidden by her gloves. It was painful, but necessary, for the sake of evolve. It even stopped hurting, after about a minute with the wound. Pain was merely weakness leaving the body, and there wasn't much of that in her to begin with.
He continued to dig a hole. "I bet I could get in!"
"Really, because I have some... connections..."
That did it.
"Her name was Siry Uli, a Zeltron lady," The other Zeltron's voice broke through. Siry Uli had failed.
She linked her mind to Siry.
"You, Siry, go speak to Jarai. And bring your little friend with you. She wants to talk with you about that other Zeltron."
Siry looked up. "Come one. A friend want's to meet you."
"Jarai, I'm sending you Siry, and a little human she almost told everything to. I'll follow close behind."
Pulling her hood further over her face to hide it in the shadow, she followed, using her Illusion to hide from others, walking on silent feet. This would be fun to watch.

Siry? Jarai repeated to herself. She was halfway through the passage. Tikar would head for the wider passage, as he was a wider species. Jarai reversed her direction, scrambled back the way she had come, bashing her head against the coroding durasteel as she did so. Stars dotting her vision for three seconds, she slid along the wall and back into the cavern. She sparked Valor and put a bounce to her step, flinging herself for the opposite side of the cavern.
It was large, as the temple was large as well. Sentient beings of all sorts dodged and leaped away to clear a path for their leader. A few had a look of sudden horror, as if they expected her to turn around and melt their face off. Jarai made a great leap over two arguing Kaleesh and twisted to duck under a low hanging beam as she did so. Landing feet first, she continued to sprint, mind cast out wide in search of Tikar.
She skidded in front of the Sullustan as he headed for the exit.
"Jarai," he bubbled, eyes stretching a bit wider.
"Nevermind finding Siry. I have found her myself. Thank you for your services. Return to what you were doing before."
"Yes, ma'am."
Jarai turned and ducked into the exit her back had been turned to. This exit was wider and would lead her to a more open spot, but none the less concealed as the other exit. Raynia's presence was stronger on this side. Her friendship with Nymphet paid off at times. She had someone to review her plans and speeches, surrport her, unearth traitors... it was all in a day's work.
The Sith apprentice emerged into the open just as Siry and her human friend came to the entrance. Both near-human and human jumped in surprise at the site of a five foot eight inch tall woman seemed to materialize from the darkness.
A wry smile spread on Jarai's face. "I do hope you have a good night's rest."
They were the only words she spoke. She raided both the beings' minds, purging their memory as she had the last Zeltron. She snared all knowledge of Evolve and receded out of their head.
Both fell into a crumpled heap. The human male was still alive, and Siry was dead. Jarai fiddled with their organs, using grip to make Siry appear she had died of a heart attack. Glancing over the human male's, she had damaged his brain enough he would appear as if he just fainted. Jarai scooped the human male gently with the Force, floating him to the opposite side of this deserted chamber, dispositing his unconscious body in the center. She hurtled Siry's corpse away from her, throwing her against a wall.
Jarai sniffed, turned, and marched out of the chamber. He footsteps rained eeriely on the metallic floor. The hallway joined with another, this one flowing with a few more people. Jarai stopped and faced Raynia as she slinked past, using Illusion.
"My friend, you may be recognized now."

Raynia followed the two as they walked down the corridor, puting false comfort in their minds. It was always fun to watch the momentary shock on their faces as they realized what was happening.
"I hear of promotion" She whispered near them, in an unfamiliar voice. "Has the other Zeltron passed? What of this human?" in the same voice, raging through Siry Uli's mind.
"What is that voice. Could they be watching right now? I wonder where they are, right now. Are they watching me now?" Siry was thinking to herself. "Why do they want me to bring this human?"
And of course by they she meant the feared duo. Leader and co-leader of Evolve. The fearsome Jarai, and her close ally, Raynia. The two who where most feared by all in Evolve. Ruthless women, who would do anything to further Evolve. Jarai, of course, fit the description of ruthless leader perfectly. Tall, frightening, tall... Raynia was a little less... scary to look at. Unless you knew her true nature. She was a whopping five foot one, and looked... petite. At a half foot difference in height, it was almost comical. Until she hit you, and broke your face. Then it wasn't funny, more so painful.
Raynia felt Jarai's presence, just as Jarai probable felt hers.
"Here she comes..." Raynia whispered into Siry's ear, unfamiliar voice yet again.
Just then, Jarai appeared.
"I do hope you have a good night's rest," Jarai said.
Raynia watched as the look of confusion melted into horror in one split second washed across Siry's face. Like she had told herself earlier. This was going to be fun. If only they could tourture her... Well, Raynia did her part.
"So sad that we can't draw this out longer. It would be fun. Oh well. Surprise." Her airy, high pitched voice peirced through the Zeltron's mind.
Then she was dead.
"My friend, you may be recognized now."
Raynia suddenly appeared to all.
"I knew that, Jarai. Maybe I didn't want to be seen." She said jokingly. She was probably the only person in the universe that could do that without getting killed. "Anyways, I have more stuff to do. You know... More... things to take care of..."
"Anything specific you need me to take care of?" she asked Jarai through their mind link.

"To walk with me," Jarai said to her short friend. She stared down at her co-leader, dark eyes pinning her for a moment. Then she turned and her shoulders slackened and she walked leisurely. She threw back her hood when more people started to crowd the hallways. People scrambled to the sides to not be steamrolled by the her. That was fine. Jarai wanted a quick passage to the meditation chambers.
Beside her, Raynia scrambled to keep up with her strides. The entire walk was in silence. Jarai was more relaxed, tossing her head to throw a stray lock of dark hair from her casually. It made one bothan cringed. Sometimes, just sometimes, Jarai wished she was apprentice to a lowlier master. But, then again, even the lowlier masters earned cringes from the rest of the crowd.
Jarai tilted her head to look at her friend. Her eyes had gone from dangerous black holes to a type of kindness. It would appear to be rather cold still to others. Raynia had been her friend long enough to understand her relaxed, gentle state over she-was-going-to-kick-your-ass state of mind. So to speak.
"I feel better now that I've purged a threat. I killed her, you know." A dark smirk pasted her lips. "It is fun. Quick, almost painless. It is fast enough to bring up a gigantic spike of horror and fear. I know you like painful, agonizing deaths, Raynia. They are not for me. I need that spike."
The entered the meditation chambers and Jarai drifted to her right, crossing in front of Raynia. She picked a spot well enough away from the others. Dropping down on her knees, Jarai took a breath and closed her eyes. Her hand gestured for Raynia to sit beside her.
"I am going on an expedition in a while. At least, after I check libraries around Coruscant. The holocron hallways. I must find one in particular, if not more. I will return... as soon as I find it. I will keep in contact with you, or I might return to bring you with me if it appears I must journey off planet. Until I am done with my research, I will leave you in charge. Scare the life from traitors and the weaklings, my friend." This last sentence was met with her eerie laughter through the mind.
And on the outside, the mad apprentice appeared to be calmly enjoying meditation.

"To walk with me."
Raynia met Jarai's gaze, without any emotion. What ever the reason for this walk would be revealed soon enough. Probably some mission. Or something...
Jarai walked off. How she hated it when she used those long legs in such a quick manner. She always struggled to keep up. When Jarai looked at her, it was that of kindness, though to others, Jarai may very well have been staring her down, as opposed to... dare she even think it... showing kindness.
"I feel better now that I've purged a threat. I killed her, you know." she watched Jarai smirk through her black, glittering eyes. "It is fun. Quick, almost painless. It is fast enough to bring up a gigantic spike of horror and fear. I know you like painful, agonizing deaths, Raynia. They are not for me. I need that spike."
"Of course you do, friend. How ever, I love to taunt them with their pain. And I made her... regret those last few moments, if you didn't hear my mental taunting. That was fun at least."
Jarai had dropped to her knees, so Raynia followed her example and gave the appearance of mediation.
Scare the life from traitors and the weaklings, my friend." Of course Raynia would be the first person turned to for leading while Jarai was gone.
So she meditated on it.
Swirling through these clouds, all tinted red. She should try to see through the mist, to be able to sense what was to come. But that was a few years off. She could only get glimpses of the other side. She felt like she was floating, ever calm.
"Okay, Jarai. That's fine."

Darth Wodahs stand's in the shadow's, blending in perfectly, and his force presence is completely subdued. It is as if he wasnt even there. He listening only slightly....It was only slightly important. He already new much about Evolve. He had taken the information from many people. Many of the weaker, more foolish Sith. They were worms beneath his feet. They were week. They were not worth his time. But this child, Jarai...she..intrigued him.
As soon as he thought the timing was right he stepped completely from the shadow's, and let's go the dam holding back his force energy..it was to say the least...strong..nerely rivaling Master Viet. They could not see his face do to his white mask. This in itself made him out as only one sith. Darth Wodahs, Black Lighting...the Shinigami..The God of Death. It was well known he rarely drew his lightsabre, and that it was the black sword upon his back that one should worry about.
His golden eye's smiled through the eye holes in his mask.--"So....you are the little rebel's....how....interesting...I could kill you both now..I could you know"--in the time it took to blink one's eye he was behind the both of them, and the unmistakable sound of his sword leaving it's sheith can be heard, and he has the blade pressed to Jarai's throat.--"Your little mind game's wont work on me little girl...so dont even try"--his voice sounds hollow as it comes from behind his mask, and the chuckle is cold, and humorless--"so..give me one reason why I shouldnt kill you right now?"

Jarai did not move. She dared not move. She refused to move. To twitch. Well, maybe enough for a cocky smile to appear on her face. "Other than you'll be executed for killing the apprentice of the apprentice of Veit? And you'll have quite a few hundred people squalling for your blood shed in return for mine."
Her amber eyes opened, but she did not slide them to the side. He was behind her. Why people always glanced to the side was a mystery to her. You never saw anything. She licked her lips and set her mind more along luring and negotiating thinking. "I would not be a smart move. Especially when we have fifteen other Sith casting uneasy glances back here. Chances are... at least... oh... two would get away to seal your fate."
His sense of power was promising. But so were so many others in the temple. She had killed sentients like him before. If she needed to again, she would. Like the Zeltron not an hour ago.
"And I'd watch who you call 'little girl'." Nothing said about mind tricks. Jarai did not need the Force to convince a mind. All she need was little lies, fake promises, and an eager person to fall for them. "I'm not really short... or a girl, for that fact. Now... what is it that you want? Don't make my words useless and empty, boy."

Post by Darth Mere on Aug 20, 2008 23:42:13 GMT -7
Darth Mere had arrived on Coruscant only an hour ago. He had made his way to the Sith Temple, and, as usual, went straight to the meditation chambers. He would go to the Evolve headquarters soon enough. He had many awkward glances from Sith Apprentices and Masters alike. All within the temple knew him. And his reputation. He was rather disliked by the Sith for alleged murders of other Sith. All of which he was guilty for, but no proof could ever be found. That, and he had never taken it upon himself to become an apprentice or master. There was a time he followed the tradition of being an apprentice. After being shown the basics he had slain his master, however, and began self-teaching. That was another alleged murder.
Mere didn't even look at their glances of disliking, instead he continued onward to the meditation chambers, and when he arrived, he took a seat in the corner and began to meditate, centering the flow of the force within him and levitating his body with ease. As he meditated, concentrating on everything and expanded his senses of his surroundings. He reached out, searching for nothing in specific.
He could feel the presence of every individual outside of the building. His senses reached throughout the Sith temple, and he began to make out presences. This was apart of his normal training. He could sense many Sith, and began to place names on them, but then, three presences in particular he noticed. Raynia Nymphet, who seemed to be using some sort of cloaking, and two other Sith he did not know, were converging at Jarai Telo's possition. Jarai quickly and violently dispatched the two. He felt nothing more than a tap at the force, and then the conflict was over.
Mere kept his focuses on them, but as he recognized where they were going, which was to his possition, he became overwhelmed with using such a strong Force Sense and stopped to take rest. Not much longer did it take for Jarai and friends to enter the meditation chambers. He didn't glance at them, but focused instead on recharging his force strength. Suddenly, another force was made obvious within the room. This one was also an obvious threat. That is, a threat to Evolve, for the words it spoke were evidence that it knew of Evolve.
He didn't open his eyes to look once more. Instead his mechanical eye looked through a two way layer of lense so that its glancing direction could not be guessed. He looked at the scene with multiple different vision types, keeping his right eye closed to avoid confusion from one type of vision mixing with another. He searched the room with heat, night, regular, and a special version that sensed electromagnetics. His visions revealed to him the same thing: The new presence had Jarai Telo in quite the possition. He didn't move still. Now he listened to their conversation.
Yes, this man needed to die. And Mere could kill him openly for the things he was doing before the eyes of the many. But he would wait for a more oppertune moment. Now was not the time. He wanted to seem displaced from this reality, as if off in a distant realm. His body didn't move, only to breath every twenty seconds or so, and his force was being discharged as if in a deep trance of meditation. This was an attempt to fool the presence: Which he had now deciphered was that of Darth Woodahs.

Raynia had just opened her eyes to barley a slit, unnoticed by anyone else, when she felt Darth Wodahs walk up behind Jarai and here. Oh great... trouble. Well, sometimes all you could do was pretend to be oblivious. Her eyes opened slowly, appearing to stare at a wall. Or into space.
"So....you are the little rebel's....how....interesting...I could kill you both now..I could you know"
His sword was at Jarai's throat. Maggot poodoo! she thought, still mind liked with Jarai, who would know who she meant.
Raynia just sat there and listened. He called her a little girl... Big. Mistake. Last person to do that lasted about .002 seconds until they got a "heart attack."
"What do you want with us, Dath Wodahs? And please don't say anything useless that will just waste out time." Her voice was an icy calm as she stood and faced him with a blank stare.

Wodahs releases, Jarai, once again chuckling. He look's around the room, and glare's insane;y at the other sith..every aprentice leaves..afraid that this insane Sith Lord will simply kill them, the next thing he does is reach for his mask. The rest fled..it was widely rumored that no one saw his face and lived. There were many rumor's, that he is scarred, or even deformed. He liked such rumor's
"Good....now we can speak privately..first off, I apologize for my action's...I have a reputation to mane-tain"--he removes his mask, revealing a handsome face, with only a few scar's, one that runs from his left eyebrow, straight down. Another was a cross shaped scar on his right cheek.
"now...down to buisness....you, Jarai...I understand that you are looking for holocrons of, Venta Vanscor....Lady of the Sith..beter known as, Darth Semtri....am I correct, ofcourse , I'm correct..i took it from the mind of one of your underlings...Drek Drell...the one found dead last week."--grins slightly. The presence of insanity os gone from him now.
Wodahs removes somthing from a pouch on his belt. It is a small piramid shaped device...a holocron--"This has some of her teaching's, and those of her husband as well...A jedi named, Ichigo Kurisaki...they are my ancestor's...except this is a gift..as part of my pledge to Evolve...both of them have teachings within this device...all of them taught together"--neglegently throw's the holocron at, Jarai.

Maggot poodoo!
Jarai allowed herself to snicker after Wodahs had released her. She gave her mind partner a glance, amusement a slight twinkle in her eye. I've got this under control, she sent back, her words echoing gently.
Whatever Wodahs was doing, it was scaring off every damn Sith in the mediatation chambers. Then again, she'd heard of Wodahs. The weaklings thought him frightening. Jarai, however, had an insanity to standing up to foes even stronger than she. She was confident she could hold her own against anyone. After all, the Force was at her command. Anything could happen.
The only last person was Mere, floating and glaring around from somewhere in the room. He could sense his feelings, and she sent him a warning. A brief sneer crossed her face, and it vanished as she stood to speak to Wodahs. Face straight and emotionless, Jarai turned on her heel as Wodahs removed his mask. She kept her jaw from dropping.
Holy freakin' space clusters! The thought escaped her mind, still linked with Raynia. Jarai blinked once, the expressionless remaining set across her features, and for about five seconds, her mind was going haywire while she listened to his apology. She gave a quick short nod.
And then the holocron. Ichigo Kurisaki and Venta Vanscor. They're holocron... together? Good planets, it was like having her birthday when she had her smuggler father. Her eyes trailed from the holocron, which she had caught, to Wodahs. "What's the catch? No Sith would just hand someone else a holocron."

Wodahs smiled. It was a charming kind of smile.--"I want to join, Evolve..and besides, that is only a copy, and I have learned all I possibly can from the original, I assure you...that it is a complete copy."--he had sensed her thought..not red them, but he had snesed her suprise when he had revealed his face. He got that often. He was well known in some corter's of Corisant..then underwprd atleast.
Especialy in one of the Hutt's astablishments..and his many...escort's. In truth he only wore the mask in the temple..for he knew it bread a certain level of fear.--"It is past time for the sith to return to the rule of two. Ofcourse there will still be man of us, but it should be one master, one aprentice groups...working toward our own goals, as ut was for milinia."--his voice is soft..smooth. The perfect instrament. --"I am among the best within the order...none have ever bested me, and only two have ever scratched me..my former master...who is quite dead, and Mistress Viet..who is very much alive...for now"--he chuckles, and this time, there is a level of emotion, anticipation.

The holocron levitated in her hand, spinning slowly. A growl purred past her lips. "A copy? If you are finished with the original, you might as well just give it over here." The holocron stopped spinning and she guided it back over to him. "No, you keep it. I don't believe Sith like you, swearing it be a complete copy. Complete copies are hard to come by and they always miss some pieces."
A wicked smile spread over her lips this time. "You cannot bribe me, Wodahs. Bribery gets you nothing. Not with me. Come, Raynia," she called to her friend. "I am finished with him, and let us go meditate together else where, more private, where we are not disturbed." The words were venom in Wodahs' direction.
A pretty face he may be, but Jarai had seen plenty of pretty faces. She had said nothing to give away Evolve. Under normal circumstances, they would wonder what the hell had just happened. Denied by Jarai Telo, some would be fretting, wondering if she would arrange their execution. It wasn't far beneath her to do so.
She swept her arm in a gesture at Raynia, letting the sound of the long sleeve give a pleasing swishing sound needed to end a conversation.

I dont think you understand...The original is mine for a reason...they are my ancestor's...and I intend to keep it..and I promise you this...and my word is rarely one taken lightly....you can compare the two of them if you wish"--he pushes the copy back toward her--"and another thing...not one of you in this room could kill me. I am as Lighting..I move in such a way, that it cannot be tracked. Even at my slowest...none can match me, and you pet lunatic in the corner....Mere...isnt fast enough. I revel in battle, by the time I was fifteen I had mastered Juyo, and at twenty, Makashi..two of the hardest forms..one of grace, the other of overwleming force, and I use them well.
He is simply gone for a second, and then is standing by the only exit in the room--"Nor did I give you permision to leave, apprentice...I am a Lord, and though I am not your master...I am still your better."--he grins inwardly..and wonder's how long it will be before she assaults his mind, and finds it an equal to her own--"I speak the truth, and have killed those that would betray you, of you wish to talk further...The Rust Bucket. a cantina in the lower sector...meet me there, and we will talk, bring no one, or you, and they will die"--he spoke directly to her mind..leaving his open just enough so that she could read he speaks only truth
