Ophelia sighed, and shrugged, stretching out her legs to the side as she made herself more comfortable. Of course, Rock's bare chest was a little bit distracting. He was all grey skin and coursing muscle, his abs were quite visible in the flickering light of the cave. The crystals continued to shimmer in the quiet air of the cave.
Cinnamon eyes half-closed sleepily, feeling secure here. Which was odd, in itself. But then again, if Rock had wanted to kill her, he would have done it far before this moment.
"What were they like? Well, our culture is based off of them today. They were creatures of honor, and battle was the greatest way to gain it. In many ways, it hasn't changed much at all." Ophelia grinned quietly, at this point feeling quite drowsy. She really just wanted to cuddle to his chest and take a nap...
She frowned. Oh no. Ophelia Ordo did not 'cuddle'.

Rock paid attention to her aptly. His purple eyes locked on hers and never left-but he enjoyed the constant flickering to his chest. No one had ever looked at him or spoke to him, or even acted around him like she did.
It was a new feeling. One he was wary of. All he knew was honor, battle, and family. Nothing like...this.
He liked it.
Nevertheless, he needed sleep. As he noticed she was getting sleepy, his own eyelids grew heavy. He shook the sleep out of his eyes and then yawned. His sharp teeth dominated his face as he turned to the side to avoid giving Ophelia an entire veiw of his gaping maw. His teeth were sharp and deadly, grown to their fullest size in his huge mouth.
His purple tongue curled and then straightened as he snapped his trap shut, shaking his head with a groan. "Great, now my jaw hurts." He muttered to no one in particular.
He then turned toward Ophelia. "Interesting. Well, as we're both sleepy, I say that we go to sleep and wait until morning, when I can dig my ship out of the snow.
"However, I only have one blanket. As I'm not as insulated as you, you may either sleep under it with me or give it to me alone." He said with a small grin. He puleld it from the sparse pack he'd gotten from his ship, and unfurled it. Eight feet long and almost as wide. Just enough for him.
He held it up with a grin. "Take your pick." He said with his purple eyes locked into her cinnamon ones.
/Take control of him as you see fit. Completely and totally...but keep it under R, above PG-13++++ please.\

Hmm, choices choices. Freeze a bit on the outside of the blanket, or join Rock under his for ... for warmth. Yeah, totally just to keep warm. Ophelia had no other reasons for doing it, nope. Not in a million years. She just had a very cold core temperature, and needed the extra warmth.
... Right.
Ophelia stared at him for a moment, her brow furrowed in thought. There was also no lack of suspicion in her cinnamon eyes, either. Well, could you really blame her? Last time she got close to the alien, she got groped and then flashed half of Coruscant. You can't be surprised that she's just a little bit cautious about their next encounter.
But though the ambient temperature in the cave was a reasonable level, Ophelia knew that that could quickly change. The crystals were already starting to dim, the one that had changed the most over the last hour or two going a quiet blue/gray color. Ophelia reasoned that she would probably take a piece before she left. Oddly, she had become kind of attached to the crystal in the short time she'd been in here.
Ah, right. Potential molestation. Ophelia really had to learn to keep her eye on the game.
Either way, she didn't want to be cold (that was her only reason, honest!), so she shifted over to Rock's side of the cave, pushing his knees apart with an elbow and ignoring his slight grunt of indignation as she settled with her back to his chest, pulling the blanket over them and looking up to glare at Rock in a particularly annoyed fashion, poking a finger into one of his pectorals (and weren't they just lovely) bossily.
"Hands off the assets, or you'll wake up with them chopped off and shoved up your ass, got it?"
Ophelia ignored Rock's answering deep, amused chuckle, and settled to 'attempt' to go to sleep, which was... well...
Considering she was asleep within a few moments, pretty easy actually.
----------------------
Quite a few hours later, Ophelia was the first to awaken. At first, she was surprised and startled by the two massive arms embracing her to someone's chest, and tensed. The man holding her let out a annoyed rumble of irritation, a frown coming over his familiar, yet so foreign face. The young Mandalorian relaxed slightly, taking a moment to look him over while he wasn't annoying the crap out of her.
He was... well, Rock was handsome even by human standards. His facial features, really, weren't so different from a human male's. Sure, the tentacle-dreadlocks for hair took some getting used to, she wasn't going to lie, but how were they any different from a Twi'lek's Lekku? And yeah, his blood was purple, but...
Ophelia had always been fond of purple.
It was time to leave. The little transmitter on her jacket started to flash faster over by the other pillar, signifying that Jerry was within picking up distance. Rock would be ok. Ophelia knew, by the furnace-like heat against her back, that he would be fine digging his ship out on his own. Hell, he probably hadn't even needed that blanket either.
Dirty pervert.
Ophelia sighed and her fingertips slid over his bottom lip with the touch of a feather. He murmured under her fingertips, and she smiled, slowly removing herself from the blanket and his arms. The crystal formation, very small, as if sensing her awakened state, started to glow slightly with pink and red around the edges. She grinned, and crawled over to the formation.
"What, you want to come with me?"
The crystal glowed even brighter, flashes of green and orange going across its surface. Ophelia chuckled, and carefully broke off the formation. It fell into two halves in her palm, and she frowned.
"Ok... which one is mine?"
One half glowed a bit brighter at her question, and she sighed dramatically. Couldn't she do anything without Rock being involved in it in some way? So a few minutes later, the other half of the crystal, attached to a leather thong, was tied around Rock's neck. What he would do with it? Well, that wasn't her choice or concern. The crystal said that it wanted to be with him, so that's where it would go.
... Ophelia couldn't believe she was taking orders from a crystal. Damn.
So with a sigh, Ophelia pulled back on her environmental suit, and leaned down to place the gentlest of kisses on the Taung's lips, leaning back and shaking her head at her odd thoughts.
"Well, see you later, lover boy." Was the softest whisper, before she left the cave. He'd be fine.
He always was.

"Yeah...put your hand right there." He told Ophelia as she hugged him tight. It was a good hug. She was just a little...solid. No matter. It was good enough for him.
"Yeah, that's great. Now just-suddenly she reached up and smacked him on his unhelmeted head with a loud whump! He was forced awake and a sharp pain blocked out his senses for a bit as his eyes swam and his ears rang.
He felt along the spherical disk of his head and noticed a jagged cut where hte rock had split his skin. No bone damage, though. He shook it off, and put his arms back around Ophelia...
But it was a stalagmite.
As he slowly put together the pieces of this information, his dream, and where he was, his cheeks burned hotly; his face flushed a deep purple. There was no one around, but still!
He growled and untangled himself from the wide rock formation, and got up. He shook his head more and found his armor. Rock was fuming. She just left him to do...that. His armor came on tightly, as it should be, and he slammed his helmet on with a huff. He clipped the harnesses and flicked the thing to life, then slapped the side of his head roughly.
A thing he'd picked up from his friend.
His HUD flickered to life and folded the blanket and put it into the pack on his back. He closed it and turned towards the crack.
Time to get...wait. As he swung around, a single crystal tied to a bantha-leather thong floated up in rotation for a moment and wavered in front of his face before clinking against his armor.
Where had it come from, and why was it there? How had be not noticed it beforehand? He fingered it and felt slight impressions of...her. It glowed at the though. Smiling slightly, he left it there. It was tied neatly, but strongly.
With a delicate movement, he removed a plasma grenade from his belt and stuck in high, where it would fit, in the crack leading outside.
He primed it and ran away at a crouch as he'd been trained, taking cover. It set off and blew a hole directly into the wall, opening up the path. Heat washed over him, but his shields took it. He smiled. Now, future visitors would be able to get in there easier.
But now, to dig out his ship. It wouldn't be easy.
~~
He lifted off hurredly-Beex asked him what had happened while he was gone and Rock just grunted unconversationally in response. He streaked into the atmosphere, punching through the gravity well with a gradual use of his sublgiht engines. When he reached the point to jump to hyperspace, the stars streaked and he went to sleep.
The crystal was grasped in his hand.
